We clarify that all the Educational Boards are autonomous Bodies and it is left to their discretion to allow or refuse admission to those coming from another Boards or institutions etc, similarly to a person who holds a certificate, Diploma or a Degree from a particular Board. In this way, every State Government / Central Government is at liberty whether to provide Job / Service to a person, who has passed out from a particular University or Educational Board or Institution or not..??
